clc-intercal software package provides Compiler for the INTERCAL language, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clc-intercal
clc-intercal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clc-intercal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clc-intercal *
You will get with clc-intercal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
